we are off to France in June , can any one recommend a good break down service , we have a , Laser 2000 A.A. says it is to big for them ???
 
Agree with Steve, an excellent service covering everything from spare keys to total recovery. Friends who have tried others have suffered, typically, vans more damaged during the recovery process than they were to start with.

I quite agree with Steve. Red Pennant is brilliant. Yes, a bit pricey but not if you have call to use them as we did last year when we had a breakdown. Their service was magnificent.

only the caravan club offers breakdown cover to caravans over 7 meters in overall length and 2.25 meters in width.This is at twice the cost of other providers.Monopoly?

The C.C Red Pennant is not just a break down services it is a total holiday insurance, that will cover you from roadside assistance to dealing with any member of the party that might need medical services as well as legal help. Pricey but well worth it if it covers you for every eventuality.
