It would appear that the thread i started to warn others of a rogue company in the insurance thread and posted under the title freedom of speech insurance has had 93 out of the 98 responces deleted, this in spite of the fact that not once was the company involved named in any way as requested by practical caravan.

could one of the moderaters give an explanation as to why this has suddenly happened after the post was on the forum for over a year prior to this ? it was posted and kept near the top simply to help others.

I wonder if everyone listed the Insurance company that they like and would recommend, that would solve any problems with so called rouge companies?. If they are not on anyones list that would be that.

Have a look at May issue of "Caravan" magazine. they have carried out a study of insurance companies and what is on offer. Our friends at "*"&"*" did not prove very good in their survey. Best was the CC and second came SAGA. The CC won as SAGA was restricted to the over 50s. Interesting reading - Sorry PC but I also read other magazines relating to caravanning.
