Hi We are looking for a campsite in the French Alps.

We will be going for Christmas and New year (2009/2010 i know i'm early).

We are taking our little lad who will be 2 then so would like some comforts on the site we also want snow!!!!

Has anyone got any reccommendations?
 
No idea what this place is like - so far am only looking around for sites in this area for July. But www.leversoyen.com may be of interest to you for wintertime.
 
We stayed at La Colombiere at Neydens near Geneva. It was a very good site although we wet in the summer but it opens for the snow

Keith, a word of caution before you book.

Decide very carefully which roads you will use to and from the site of your eventual choice AND on every other journey you will make between the two.

Why? Simple, you may well have to buy a complete set of snow tyres for the purpose.
