I know you cannot get these for campsites, but is there a webpage within for campsites in Europe?

Something like UK camp site's site only obviously about Europeon sites.

I'm not quite clear what it is you are looking for, Allyson. Is it an on-line directory or a book? For on-line information, it would be worth having a look at the Alan Rogers' website. On the other hand , if you want a book, I would suggest the Caravan Club Europe Guide, volume 1, which covers France and Spain, would be your best bet.

Hi both

What I was looking for was the home truths about campsites abroad.

Chrissie, looking at the Alan Rogers site it seems to give you an idea what to expect thank you. I am now looking into buying this book.

JamesFrance, I also looked at both your sites. The first one I had not been on this site before so this was also good for me to visit a new site which showed a few of the campsites that I was interested in.

The other site I actually have the book on, which I picked up at one of the continental stores we have here in the U.K.

Thanks both for your help, I have sent for loads of brochures.

I just need to make my mind up now, and book it!
