fridge not working

brought the van home this weekend to check everything and our 2 year old thetford fridge isnt working.took the grills off and checked the flue and its geting warm but no chill in the fridge.any ideas !!
 
How long did you try it for as they can take a long time to chill. I put mine on 2 days before we go away to chill
