My fridge is "goosed" and i cant afford a new one (about £500 i have been told) it works okay on gas is it very expensive to run on gas roughly how long would i get out of a 4.5kg bottle of calor gas
 
When you say it is "goosed" what exactly do you mean?

Is it just that it does not work on mains, 12v?

If it works on gas, but not mains, then in all probability it is just the mains heater that has failed and can easily be replaced, and certainly not anything like
 
Hi i had a mobile caravan engineer look at my fridge he said after checking out,that the 240v element was done in and to replace it would be, supply and fit
