Front Draws Dropping

Hi all
Looking for some help
I had a set of draws fitted when I bought the van, but when I pull the slats out to make the front bed the draws have droped & the slats are tight to pull out. I have looked to see how to remove the draws to see if I can put some more screws in the back to support the draws but cant work out how to remove the individual draws. They are a plastic moulded type inside the front .
Help please.
 
Usually there are a oouple of plastic lugs that you have to press in to free the drawer. They are difficult to find and I have finished up lying on my back under the drawer to spot them.
