I know it is likely as a means of increasing income, but why do we have to have these adverts surrounding the front page forum sections table? It makes the table narrower and adds the requirement to scroll much much more to look down it.
It wasn't broke before so why fix it?

That's strange - it was there a few minutes ago and has now disappeared. Is there a mind reader around?
 
The forum , and Practical Caravan, is no longer operated by Haymarket.
It is now Future PLC and what they want to do with it is their business.

The surround adverts were in place a while ago, nothing new there.
 
I have not noticed any difference in the location of adverts although there may be some different ones. I am afraid if you do not like them you just have to learn to live with them as presumably they finance the forum.
