Front window blinds

For some reasons unknown my front offside front blind when closed has a twist in it. Have taken whole unit down and got it straight on table but after reinstalling it has the twist in it. Thought it could be one side lower than other and adjusted the height twice and still ends up twisted when closed.Any advice would be appreciated.
 
Hi Robert, Caravan type and year might give our crystal Ball a help, lots of different types out there.
