Front window catches

Hi
I have a Bailey Pageant Provence 2005 and the front window, lower 2 catches, rise up whilst travelling. They seem too loose and i am wondering how to tighten these up as there are no screws visible. Do these catches slide off to expose the screws, and if so, how do i do it. Do i need new ones? Any help is greatly appreciated.

simple ? but are you pn about the catches if so make sure they are not on night ventother than that it may be the bit thats on the van not windowthey can move by the screws.

Hi Forest,
They are definately not on night vent. How do i remove the bit thats on the window. The van bit is secure fast.

There is a tiny hole on the bit that goes on the window, you press a biro tip into the hole, and it frees the clip allowing you to slide off the catch.
We removed our front window, and had the same problem as you in taking off the catches, until we asked at our local service centre!
