frost damaged water pipes

we have a 2005 Ace Celebration caravan and it looks like the frost might got to our water pipe and blown the stopper off the hot & cold pipe which means when the sink tap is on the pump draws the water from the tank and then its leaking out a T piece section (Which seems to have the stoppers missing).

Has anyone else come across this before and if so - what can we do to overcome this!

Ive got a similar problem posted below, I think I will have to change a complete section, nightmare when we are going away in the morning and no time to look at it

Our problem is in the shower not the sink so not as bad as the kitchen sink like yours
