Took the van out this last weekend. The first time since November. We moved storage two weeks ago from under cover to open and so my draining down was always rather lax. This time the water and loo had frozen. Managed to get the water running after about an hour and warming the filter housing- it is a new truma. The loo was harder. It turned out to be a blown fuse. I suspect that the water loo was frozen and trying to run the pump caused the fuse to blow. A couple of questions:
Anyone else had this with the loo fuse?
Anyone found a cheap source of truma filters?
When draining the loo the grey plug comes out easily but is difficult to replace. Does any one use silicon lubricant on this and if so does it still stay in place?
(I know you'll be wondering why we moved storage. We could not get out if there was any ice or snow at all as we were down a farm track with a nasty camber. Also no security at all. We are now on the flat with wide access and gold security. )
