J JTQ May 7, 2005 4,059 1,786 20,935 Oct 29, 2008 #2 First thought, are you using Blue gas Butane? If so then the cold weather is preventing it gassing off. The gauge should be measuring the gas bottle pressure so is not an indicator of a regulator failure.
