We found our bed too hard and there was condensation on the table which forms part of the bed base. Our remedy is to use two Thermarest type mattresses on top of the bed. These are very thin air mattresses which roll up into a sack. The result is a comfortable nights sleep, well insulated but not too hot and the condensation problem has disappeared. We do not use the actual Thermarest mattresses as they are quite expensive but instead use a cheaper version.

You could put one of the reflective pads that are used behind domestic radiators behind the vent board. Alternatively, run a 22mm spur from the blown air heating pipe that feeds the shower room below the vent board. Seal the end then put a series of holes in it.
