I'm having a thick moment here. Just bought a replacement awning (dometic air pro 400s) after selling our old one. What awning keder do I use on our Bailey alicanto grande faro, the thicker or thinner one? Going away next weekend so want to obviously want to get it started on the right foot so to speak. Thanks guys

No
It does yes but it's a dual keder for caravans and motorhomes. Small or larger diameter for a caravan cheers?
Why not try an end of each Keder and see which fits best? Spray the rail with silicon spray for lubrication. Make sure the keder can't be pulled out of the rail slot.
I font know the exact dimensions of your rail. Maybe a call to Bailey may help

Cheers Dusty. I always lube the rail as a matter of course as I have awning rail protectors.

It’s the thick one ,we fitted the thin one only for the awning to come loose

Some awnings have the standard bead for inserting into the caravan rail. Plus a smaller one to the inside. When the awning is in place, the smaller bead appears just inside. From this, you can hang accessories. I think this is the case for Isabella and Kampa.

Also there to attach these things in a poled awning.

Thanks John

Spot on.
The Izzys use the Isofix method of attachment for their poles .
Thinking about it now the smaller keder could never fit in the awning rail as the larger one would be outside, the roof joint wouldn't work anf of course the poles wouldn't fit!.
