Watch out for this stuff - can cause serious scarring

I have just seen a load of it on our local playing field, although most prevalent on river banks it can turn up anywhere, it spreads very fast.

You can not miss it - it is very tall and that is why kids like playing with it.

I have contacted our LA re. the plants I saw.

Apparently, a few drops of undiluted Roundup (glyphosate)placed on the leaves is one way of controlling the stuff.
