go touring website

Anybody here remember the "GoTouring" web site? Brilliant site with a forum. It closed down in the end due to cost and aggrivation.

I've noticed, since this forum has become interactive, that there are more and more none or very loosely caravan connected threads.

If you havn't got anything to say, don't say it!

It taking longer and longer to get or give help because of the noise from probably the same people who ground the other site to a halt.

Hmmm - You're right that GT closed for two reasons:

1. Cost

2. Simon couldn't control the element that made the most use of the 'General' forum.

PC doesn't have a 'General' forum - THIS forum is for 'General caravanning issues'.

If you want to rant then go elsewhere - there's plenty of other forums (but stay away from Touring & Tenting - they're nice people and don't need idiots !)
