Good Evening!

Hi all,
I've decided to join your forum to help us with any issues we come across.
I have a husband, 2 children 12&10 and a cocker spaniel.
Recently upgraded our caravan to a bigger more practical one and love being away in it!

Hope I don't annoy you with all my questions 😉

Hi Yvonne and welcome to the forum! As others have said, the forum is all about asking questions and getting answers from fellow caravanners, so please do not be afraid to ask! What caravan and car do you have?

Hello Yvonne, and welcome to you and your family!

Please don't be afraid to ask ANY questions, however daft YOU might think they are. We've all started somewhere, and we all learn through the experience of others. There's a real mine of information on this forum with caravaners who have many years of experience. It's always nice to welcome and help others to this great pastime of ours.

Welcome Yvonne.
Just as many ladies on here so don't think this a bloke only forum. It isn't!
Do you get away often?

Hi Yvonne. Good to have another woman to swell our ranks. Welcome to you, OH,children and dog.
Mel

Thank you for your kind replies.

We have had a caravan for a few years but it was a 4 berth with fold out bunk beds which my daughter never felt secure sleeping on ( for whatever reason  ) so we hardly used it as she never slept properly. We decided to upgrade it to a Swift Kingsmere with fixed bunks. Loads more space.
We tow it with a Kia Sorento which can tow up to 2.5 ton, it's a dream to tow the van with

We used the new van first bank hol in may, booked for the may school hol week and a weekend in June up to now.
Just a shame the kids have so many hobbies and clubs, we'd always be on holiday in it!!

Hi Yvonne and welcome, You will get loads of advice on here, I`m still reading all the old posts and have found loads of advice and tips as we are newbies to caravanning,
