I thought it worth posting my reecent experience with a query to Bailey. My van's tally plate had lost all of the van specific information which had faded away to nothing. So although it had MTPLM, MIRO, Tyre Pressure etc there were no quantified figures on the right hand side. I contacted Bailey and they have quickly sent me by courier (signed for delivery) a new self-adhesive tally label. So nwo if stopped by VOSA/Police the van details are once again legible.
We are quick to take companies and organisations to task for what we percieve to be low standards of service, so I feel it worth publically acknowledging Bailey's good customer service in my case. Bravo Zulu Bailey!
