Abbey farm caravan park is closest to Ormskirk, we live locally so never stayed there but it looks a tidy and well kept park, though access is down a quite narrow country lane and it is a distance to the town or any shops etc. Southport caravan club is very nice and is walking distance from the town or there is the park and ride bus service opposite if your feeling lazy, or its raining [no surprise there then], only trouble is it is very popular and gets booked up quickly especially at weekends.
