We only have a week in september and have to drive cumbria to dover so we are looking for a good site as near as dam it to calais. Please help. Regards Barney.

is that the site within walking distance of "eperleck" (spelt wrong sorry) the V2 launching barracks, if so i have been there 2 yrs ago, but only stayed 2 nights on route to the ferry, would stay again though.
