GPS - Vivier Aux Carpes

Staying at Vivier Aux Carpes in Picardy for a couple of nights on the way back from Italy this year.

Does anybody know the Lat/Long or even better does anybody have a Garmin waypoint they can send me. Or does anybody know of a website where I can get either.
