Hi as being new to this game of caravaning, My caravan hitch has 2 in No grease points on it. What are these for and how often should I grease them.
 
They are to facilitate the smooth action of the telescopic hitch/overrun brake and should be greased annually.

There is another one underneath to be greased at the same time
