Greasy/oily leak

Hi guys. We have a swift charisma 2007 545 with an Powertouch Enduro motor mover. There appears to be a slight leak showing on the driveway just in front of the wheel but in line with the wheel arch. Any ideas as to what could be leaking and why?! It is a watery leak but with a slight oil/grease like mix.
Not sure if it's just water that collected grease and dirt from the wheel trim or if it's from the motor mover. I can't find and part on the motor mover that is wet to touch or would identify a leak. Motor mover still works although thinking back - last time we used it it was less effective and needed a push!
Any suggestions appreciated.

There's no liquid oil in the mover - only grease and not much of that. Similarly the wheel hub. Have a look under at your sink drain to see if there is any sign of liquid on the outside - joint under the sink bowl could be loose ?

Thanks - the bathroom sink drain is actually behind the wheel and the kitchen sink is on the other side of the caravan. Or do you mean to look at the actual sink itself? As in where the plughole is?

Do you mean there is an open pipe from the bathroom sink behind the wheel, as both kitchen and bathroom usually exit the same side of the van. Are you missing some pipe work?

There are the two normal waste pipes which connect to the waste container. These are behind the wheel and both seemed to be working last time we went away.

Last year when I was in Spain I noticed a dripping from under my fridge - close to the wheel arch. I couldn't understand where it was coming from since there was no water nearby. A look in the bedding lockers found the Truma Ultrastore was leaking at the elbow fitting for the hot water outlet. Fortunately I had a spare one left over from the year before when I replaced the element.
