Great Yarmouth in October Half Term

Hi everyone.

I am looking for a livley park for me, the wife and our two girls (5&8) in Great Yarmouth for the October half term. It would be nice to have a fully serviced pitch.

Tried Vauxhall, fully booked on the f.s.p and cannot fit my 22 1/2 ft van on a standard electric pitch(??)

Any suggestions greatly appreciated.

Thanks

hi jason,

just wondering who said you would not get your caravan on the standard pitch?

where are you taking your measurements from?..often people measure they`re van from the towhitch (a frame)to the rear of the van & not the van itself.

we`ve been a couple of times recently, the first time on a standard pitch & the second a tent pitch (grassed)& both occasions there was plenty of room

i`ve seen loads of twin axle vans on standard pitches at vauxhall.

i hope you can get on vauxhalll because it`s ideal for what your looking for

good luck

I thick you got off luck with not get in at the Vauhall sit if you do a search on this forum then you will see y.

You cud try one of the Haven parks in the array her but do a search on the sit to see what other people thick of it.

Mick

A serviced pitch is a pitch is a pitch with esters on it like a water hook up so you do not have to keep get water and so of them have other thing on them and yes they can be bigger than a standard pitch as well but they all so cost more as well.

Mick,

I spoke to a lady on the site and she said there was nothing available to take the van. The dimension given is the overall length including the a-frame, should i be giving the van length excluding the a-frame?

Amazing.

Spoke to Vauxhall agian today and they can get my van on one of their pitches!! This time the person I spoke to asked for the length of the van excluding the A frame.

So we are going to there in October.
