Hair line cracks in caravan

I wonder if anyone could advise us the best way to deal with hairline cracks and stone chips in the caravan (the van is 12 years old. Is there a special filler or sealant we can use.

Hello, I got some gell coat filler/repair paste white in colour from towsure last year. Have a look on their web site, I would think that it's still available.
