Halagen oven .. Great..

Bought our halagen oven at the beginning of the year and since then haven,t looked back. No need to connect the gas up, hence no gas outlay. The halagen does all the gas oven does and more, while for pans we use a hotplate once more we dont need to use the gas. So I guess you could say we have gone all electric. The oven cooks a full size chicken and joints of beef no trouble and they are so tender. If anyone out there is wondering whether the halagen is for them I,d say a definate yes... Its saved us money and the food tastes gorgeous as well. We also use our barbie to cook with as well, thats a gas barbie but apart from that , thats the only time we use the gas. Well worth the price I paid 29.99 for mine and its great...

My mum brought my brother and my self one for christmas (for both of our houses) best bit of kit we have ever had, we save on gas and as you said food tastes better and stays moist.
It's that good we have both bought one for our caravans.
We also bought an cook book from Amason which is very good.
the everyday Halogen Oven Cookbook, about £3.00 if i remember right.
