Hand Brake-2004 Lunar Lexon EW Twin axle

After hitching up to come home this morning following a 3 night break, on pulling off the hard stand pitch the van offered much resistance. After about 5 yards pulling it was OK (it released). However the front wheel of the twin axle on the off side had made a large rut in the hardstand pitch. A fellow vanner said the front wheel was locked up.

This was fine for the rest of the homeward journey. Does anyone know what has happened and is there a way to get the brakes off should it happen again in the future.

Regards Jim

sounds like your brakes locked on. when I pitch after dropping the legs I always release the handbrake, and if it is a sloping pitch put a wheel chock on the wheels
