I make all my own bread and baked goods.
My attempts to use a bread maker were no good so I make it bread hand.
The great little Thetford oven does a good job and the smell of baking bread emanating from our caravan makes fellow campers salivate.
Its not time consuming slog to make bread by hand and the results are terrific as opposed to horrific!
Am I a lonesome weirdo or is there anyone else that can't stand supermarket WBBS (Wheat Based Bread substitute) loaf?
 
My hubby enjoys baking bread as he is not a fan of the traditional soggy 'sliced white'.
He has not yet attempted it while we have been away in the van and to be honest I wasn't sure the oven would be much good for bread but I will take some ingredients next time we are away and persuade him to have a go !
Mmm I'm already dreaming of fresh bread for my bacon butty 😉
