The key change/ benefit is the first 30 days from purchase / collection.
Dealers who sold at the NEC must now be prepared to travel long distance to resolve their customers issues no matter how minor.
No longer can they say "bring get it to our workshop ".
My advice to all NEC purchasers is stand your ground and demand the dealer comes to you.
There is nothing stopping the dealer sending a qualified mobile engineer at their expense.
