2007 Having checked the brake shoes on my Euro-axle I am now looking at setting up the brakes / handbrake when looking at free play at the compensator this step is not required if I have a gas strut I'm not sure if mine is spring or gas ??? but it is one of them, as you lift it then keeps itself up / on, ie no ratchet mechanism The Caravan is a 2007 Fleetwood Sonata symphony 6 berth 1700Kg single axle Its Made by Adria not sure of the adria model designation cant remember it
Have I got a gas or a spring Handbrake ?

Hi Boyderoo was going to answer the same as I have the exact same model as you, registered in 2010 but it is the 2009 model. Bought ours 2nd hand in 2011 and haven't seen many around think I have seen 3 in that time.
