Heated Towel Rails SWIFT

has anyone fitted one of these as an extra, seen one advertised by Truma if we fit this ourselves would this invalidate any warranty on a new van, or should i request the dealer to fit while in for service, van is a 2009 challenger 620....maybe someone from Swift may be able to advice me

I presume you are talking about the Truma Towel rail that fits onto the blown air duct.

these have had differing reviews, the concensus seems to be heating on full heat the blower on max and all other vents in the van closed, cant see fitting it yourself would invalidate the warranty.

The fitting of a truma heated towel rail would not invalidate your warranty. However any issues resulting as a direct consequence of the way it was fitted wouldn't be covered.

Thanks

Andy

Ive been looking at this for a little while to fit into my sterling topaz end bathroom. Without modifying the towel rail it will not fit. Havew a look at a bailey senator to see the size and then work it out before pating with the best part of

Thanks to all for there feedback on this, think i will save my cash, and protect my van & warranty......happy new year to all
