Just a quick intro. I had an Adria Caravan nearly twenty years ago and now the kids are grown up I thought I'd get back into it as I'm tired of flying to holidays abroad (8 to 10 weeks over past 5 years). I decided on a Pegasus 554 and tow it with a VW Tiguan 2.00TDi. Last weekend was our first weekend away (local) and gosh was it stressful. vans have moved on since I was last at it! I'm arranging for a Powrtouch motor mover to be fitted and if they weren't about the van would be for sale!!!!!!!!!! Thanks to the people who helped me at the Bassaleg and Chepstow sites. You lot are really friendly and that's why I think we've got more enjoyable breaks to come.
