Hello from Llangollen

More of a hello I've not been here for a while than a new member (user name kevin2306 but forgot email and log in!) Screenshot_20201021_172053.jpg
Been away for ages due to work and life, but taking some time out and have just swapped my wife's car for a towcar so off we go again.
That's assuming there will be somewhere to go over the winter!
This is our 4th Shogun but this one has just over 20k on the clock, full Mitsubishi service so should give us good service.
Anyways, it's good to be back and to see the forum is fine and has a lot of new faces.

Regards
Kevin

Hi welcome back to the Forum. That is nice looking car. Will you be exploring the fantastic green lanes in your area like Bad Man Steps, or Highwayman, Wayfarer etc then washing it at Corwen before well earned pint in the Bridge End?

Hi Clive
Thanks.
No offroading for this one, solely a towcar bought so we can get a nice big twin axle.
The fuel consumption will be a chore but in all honesty it will not cover vast mileages as its a 2nd car.
The pubs round here are pretty much shut but will drop into a nice cafe somewhere.

This is my 4th Shogun and always get mid 20s minimum towing, that will do me.

I assume that was with a single axle? Our twin weighs 2000kg plus all the gear in the car. Ultra reliable, but very agricultural. Ours was a 2013 with 60k on the clock and was in immacualte condition when we traded it in.

This one is one of the last made and is far better than the 2014 model we last had, nothing agricultural about it whatsoever.
Just got home after a plush 200 mile round trip.
