I am Jean married to John we have a 1990 Bessacarr 470 2 berth.

Been caravanning for about 10 years on and off.3 daughter all grown and married they now come with us sometimes in tents.

We are having problems at the moment with the battery unit John connected it up wrong on our last trip so the monitor tells us the battery is always charged even when flat.As the van is old the part is obsolete so we are tryng to find a caravan scapyard.

Hope you manage to get your problem sorted out......maybe if you say what part of the country you are in someone on the forum might be able to point you in the right direction.Welcome anyway.Sometimes it gets a bit heated from time to time but generally we enjoy hearing from each other.
