Hi,

Just started on the site, started caravanning again having got rid of the kids (not cool for their street cred being with two wrinklies in a caravan)

My caravan is an Sterling Eccles Jade and I pull it with a Kia Sorento. Have done a few thousand miles since we got it in June all of it in Scotland and had a great time.

Many Scots take the grandeur of home for granted a total shame if you ask me.

Anyone interested in a few horror stories on Sterling caravans can drop me a note.

Hello Tam and welcome. I prefer the east side of Scotland to the west. Only for one reason though, they don't have the dreaded Caledonii Midgius :O)

They love me but the feeling isn't mutual.

I pull a Sterling Eccles Jewel & have found it to be 1st class with no problems at all. Sorry to hear you have had problems with your Sterling. Perhaps you can give more details in Buyers Guide or General and we can comment further?
