Or read the Sticky post with the title that say's 'Sticky Post -Please Read ........... If you have any difficulty in adding / viewing forum posts at the top of this forum page and follow the instructions

Even better, dump the useless Internet Explorer which doesn't work properly and switch to a modern browser that works like Firefox or Google Chrome
