Hi all,

I'm currently in the process to buy a caravan or a camper. I think a caravan is probably the preferred option due to the fact you still have a vehicle to use and the journey's are probably quieter. I used to own a caravan when first married. My reason (I should say our reason) to get one now is to hopefully use it for winter holidays in the south of Italy, Spain, Portugal. I can work from anywhere as long as I have an internet connection, for which I know I am very lucky.
I live in Austria these days, so finding good advice on buying the caravans available here is not the easiest.
Now off to look at the forum posts to catch-up with what I once knew 30 years or so ago.......
 
Welcome to the forum. Good luck on your hunt. Hopefully there will be lots of sunny tales to make us all jealous in the winter as we gaze out over a damp field wondering how much longer the dogs can keep their legs crossed.
