Welcome, many of us on here have had caravans for longer than we care to remember so someone should be able to handle anything you need to know. Let us know what caravan you have though as some things are peculiar to specific models.

If you are stuck, no question is silly. Before the internet we learned from our mistakes, but now most of those can be avoided.
 
Welcome to the PC Forum. Living in Norfolk, you don't have to go far to find some great sites and CL's before venturing further afield.

If you join the Caravan & Motorhome Club, you'll receive a nationwide directory and map of their sites and CL's. They also do very good caravan insurance and also breakdown cover, which is a must for peace of mind.

We were all novices once and learned by our mistakes, pre-internet! There is wealth of helpful knowledge here, there is no need to feel intimidated...just ask..
