HELP! How to change tap & water inlet?

Hi. I've got to change the mixer tap on the tip-up sink in the bathroom, [it's a whale tap] & the water inlet / filter housing on the outside of the 'van as they are both cracked.

Any advice on either job would be VERY welcome.

If it's a Whale Elite tap it should have a little cap in each corner of the mounting plate. Remove these with a small screwdriver (don't let them drop down the plughole) and then the tap can be removed.

As for the water inlet, it can be replaced with the latest model (Ultraflow?) or a Mk2 if you can find one. You may also need to change the pump connection.

The tap is as you describe so just as i expected, no hidden supprises.

I'm not sure what modle I've seen on ebay but i think i'll just get one & see if the connection is the same, I think the new submersable pump / hose units are quite expensive so i'll check the connection carefully before i order one!
