Help making up double bed in Adria

Hi there.

We picked up our new Adria in March and took it out for a night to get used to it. We didn't however manage to get the double bed right at the front of the van and ended up sleeping on it as if it were 2 singles. I cracked up into fits of laughter watching my OH with all the cushions trying to figure out where they went to get it into a comfy double - it was a bit like the Krypton Factor!! We gave up in the end.

There's also a long thin cushion thing about 5 foot long and about 6 inches square - looks like a bit of a buffer type thing - anyone know what this is for?

Hi Susan

We have just spent four days at Blue Dolphin in Filey in our new Adria and had to use the front bed as our two grandchildren were in the other beds.

Ours is a 542 DT model so it may be differnt from yours, but we turned over the seating cushions with the raised part against the outside wall, the backrest cushions go in the middle and the long thin one just slots in between them just to fill the gap.

Our big problem was that neither of our two porch awnings would fit as the Adria is higher than most British caravans.
