help needed off pc techies

Hi all

My pc is xp my laptop is windows 7 and my ineternet is ie9 (I think)

My problem is I can print off a net page from my pc no probs there

but I cannot print from my laptop, I looked into the help but flies straight over my head.
printing from microsoft is fine on both pc's

How is your printer attached to your laptop ?
What sort of printer & how old is it ?
have you tried the right click on your mouse ?
Have you tried pressing Ctrl+P together ?

and have you installed the correct printer driver on the laptop,

My laptop is wireless and the printer is hp about 12 months old.

The error box I get is
line error 2126
error unspecified
code 0
url res//leframe dll.preview . js

Its only that I can't print off from an internet page.

A quick fix might be to install Google Chrome.
The error code points to a device driver update issue, follow the steps in the Windows tuorial for printer problems Here

Have you been onto the windows7-update & checked for the latest updates ?

I have used Google Chrome since it first came out, & even my wife uses it instead of windows 7 on her laptop......
