Help needed

We have come away in are van and in a ropy field and the van has had major problems.
Lone the water pump mIcro switch failed so had to fit a new pump and the second the loo leaks.
The electronic flush works but the flush water leaks into the van.
I have read some were that the makers will send out a repair kit if our loo fails into a batch range
but can not find the link To the information

If it is a C250 open cassette door and you will see U shaped pipe on a blue pump.Get someone to operate toilet and see if water drips,if so pump case has cracked.If no leak it is probably the seal on the cassette .The free kit is a modified drain tube that replaces the U tube on the pump.If pump is cracked depending on age of caravan contact your dealer for free replacement.
