Well done Paul, what fantastic customer service , yet again.

I have one of these chargers and Mick my caravan man thought it was the battery that was on the way out, but putting a new battery on still getting a reading of 14.8 volts it shoulb be 13.4 ? volts being fully charged.

I will have to talk to Paul and send charger to him, ony problem going to Malvern next monday so will have to be when I return.

Parksy and SWMBO all sorted out this morning so they can get on their way and have a nice cold beer when they get there!

Well done Paul.
Parksy is an Honorary Life Member of our Woos ie Round Table as well as a Mod on here. A bank holiday at Stowfolot without he and Carol would be very dry indeed!
Thanks for sorting him out.
I'm sure you will be mentioned in dispatches.

Battery checked nearly 2 weeks after being put on charge.

Spoken to Paul this morning and told to turn off charger. He is unable to repair the charger as the part that is faulty can be replaced, but need software to set it and he does not have the software nor able to get it.

I'm pleased to report that the battery charger worked well when we were at Stowford as did the Nordelecrtronnica control panel which hadn't been working properly before, so thanks again Paul, you did me proud!
