Venus 500/4 van problem with space heater red light flashing on control panel manual says the combination air fault.Taken pipes off blow out with airline, reconnected light still flashing? Any ideas please 🙏

The unit will be a Truma even if it is Lunar badged. I would try the fault finding section on their website. The exact model will depend on the age of the caravan and will be in the handbook if you have that.
