Help Seizt Blind not catching properly at the bottom

Help please, been caravanning for a few years now I have just upgraded to a 2010 Elddis Sunstyle 540. My Seitz blinds aren't catching on one side at the bottom when you pull them down. The springs are fine and they roll up and down freely and none of the end clips are broken but for some reason only one side catches in place then I have to physically attach the other side in place so both sides are secure. Thank you
