Help with cassette toilet

I have put the slider of the toilet back upside down. It went back ok but I can’t get it out to change over. Any suggestions please .

Usually when I do things like that, I stick my tongue out and curse like hell, Usually works.

Not sure what make it is but I would see iif they have a help line who could talk you through it.

Make sure the inside leaver on the front of the pan is fully closed. Gently wiggling it whilst another gently pulls the cassette will allow release. You are not the first!

Is. It the cassette that's upside down or the small plate on top of cassette?
