Help with finding a site

Hi, I am in the process of buying a second hand caravan from a friend. Currently it is on a site with tow on tow off facility but the site is under new management and I am looking for something similar until I have taken some towing lessons. Can anyone recommend somewhere with this facility over winter or all year round. I want somewhere within two hours of south Essex so Suffolk, Cambridge, Herts, beds and obviously Essex.
