Also, when first inserting the key, the tumblers may not be lined up properly. Gentle movements back and forth while pushing in the key will align them and allow it to work.

The first time I used it, it "locked on" in place and I was sweating bullets until I got it off!
I have the Alko hub lock on near side and the Wraith on the other side. I find the key has to be pushed right in hard then turned clockwise and then stop holding the key as it needs to turn back slightly on its own to allow the balls to line up. This way comes of easily, I found it a struggle when first fitted it due to keeping the key held after turning

HOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOORRRRRRRAAAAAAAAAAAAYYYYYYYYYYYYYY! Locksmith appeared 20.00 tonight , 2 of his expensive drills and half a hour later SUCCESS! Wont be buying another Milenco, think i will get a Alko, like i had on my last van. OOH and the charge was £65, which i thought was not bad.

I would say that’s cheep for a call out and that time of night, at least you are sorted now👍

he said he would be here about 5, but got held up. he told me they came from Fife and were covering for the kelso man, he said they have done about 5 jobs down the borders. when they left, they were going to perth for another job.
