Hi from Cheshire

Hi,
First time on the forum, been caravaning since 2008, recently changed to a 2006 Swift Challenger 510 after our last caravan was written off in an accident.
We have our favourite site in Nefyn North Wales but have toured in France and are back off to the Vendee this summer.
Mostly just me and wifey now and of course Cooper the yellow Labrador (can't sneak away without him joining us) kids (19 & 20) have too much fun with the oldies out of the way to come with us.
Already posted on the technical section with a small 12v problem, hope to get some replies.

Hi Steve, welcome to the forum, I'm a newbie too, but am already really enjoying myself exchanging info and banter with fellow members. Hope you enjoyself too!

Hi Steve, welcome to the forum.
We have a very informative overseas parks and touring message board and I'm sure that someone will be able to help with the 12v problem.
Enjoy the forum

Hello Steve.
We have just returned back to caravaning and looking forward to our first real trip in April. Our kids have grown up so it us just us and our yellow Lab 'Daisy'. Where does yours sleep? Do you have any tips?

Marc

Mgram,
We used to have a 4 mirth with L shaped lounge / double bed, Cooper used to sleep on the floor between side dinette. Our new van has twin singles so he will probably sleep between them. He loves coming away in he van spends most of the day in the awning people watching. The site we go on the Lyn Peninsula is only a short walk to a great dog friendly beach.

Steve

Welcome to the forum both of you and of course Cooper! We too have a Swift Challenger. Hope you get the 12v problem you mentioned sorted alright.
Happy and safe caravanning
